A D1 motor carrier company deals honestly and fairly with drivers, shipper customers, strategic partners, the public, law enforcement and regulatory agencies at all times

A D1 motor carrier company adheres to truth in operations with integrity and abides by generally accepted principles of professional conduct

A D1 motor carrier company does not engage in any business practice which tends to misrepresent, misstate or mislead any driver, employee, strategic partner, shipper customer, vendor or any members of the public

A D1 motor carrier company treats drivers fairly and honorably at all times with respect to description of loads, pay rates, schedules, equipment maintenance, prompt and correct payment or settlement

A D1 motor carrier company actively engages staff, customers and partners in practices that lend to fair and equal treatment of all drivers over the road and at the dock

A D1 motor carrier company maintains acceptable DOT, FMCSA and other regulatory scores and ratings

A D1 motor carrier company abides by all lawful agreements, oral or written, to which the company is a party especially with respect to drivers, shippers, other carriers, transportation intermediaries, fleet operators and vendors
